1 Payment Policy
The booking is confirmed exclusively upon receipt of the deposit payment. All amounts must be settled under the conditions and deadlines indicated below.

| Booking Deposit — 50% | Mandatory payment to confirm and secure the booking. Processed at the time of booking. |
| Remaining Balance — 50% | Settled the day before the tour or at check-in (Pontoon C), before boarding. |
| Catering Services | Tasting boards and other additional catering services may be paid on the day, at check-in. |
2 Client Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing (email or message) or by phone to the operator responsible for the booking.

3 Cancellation by the Operator
The operator reserves the right to cancel the tour, at no charge to the client, in the following cases of force majeure or safety reasons:
- Adverse weather conditions that compromise navigation safety (strong winds, fog, heavy rain or flood warnings on the Douro).
- Technical or mechanical breakdown of the vessel preventing the tour from being carried out safely, and/or if it is not possible to replace it with another suitable vessel.
- Decision by the competent maritime or river authorities.
- Force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the operator's control.
4 Booking Changes
The client may request a change to the booking date under the following conditions:

| Between 7 and 15 days in advance | Administrative fee of €25 | Applied per change. |
| Less than 7 days in advance | Not accepted | Date changes are not accepted. |
5 How to Cancel or Change Your Booking
To proceed with the cancellation or change of your booking, you must:
- Send an email to the address indicated in your booking confirmation, or contact us by phone/WhatsApp.
- Indicate the booking number, tour date and reason for cancellation or change.
- Wait for written confirmation of receipt of the request from our team.
